Bonnie Blankenship

Community development specialist

Bonnie is a community development specialist with diverse experience in corporate, non-profit, philanthropic and governmental environments. She develops and executes strategies for gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative intelligence on regional community and economic development issues. She expertly coordinates workshops, technical assistance training, and special events while applying superb organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities with a background in data tracking, analysis, and reporting experience. Bonnie is a dedicated professional with exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to create written publications. 

For the last twelve years Bonnie was a Senior Outreach Manager in the Community Development Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Working from the Cincinnati branch, Bonnie was responsible for outreach activities and conducted research and policy analysis on current and emerging issues in the community development field. In addition, she provided information and technical assistance on community development issues to financial institutions, community-based organizations, and government entities on community development topics relevant to the district.
